Situated in a central area of Saigon, this 10-storey office building seeks to respond to the dense mixed-lodee urban context of its location.
Due to the complex site configuration, the design solution opted for by SWA was to elevate and separate distinct building volumes in order to create space but also to create a more unorthodox vertical office park.
Cantilevered volumes are connected via slender horizontal louvers subtly tying the semi-independent cubic volumes together, giving the architecture identity in a fragmented low-rise area of the city.
To further enhance the idea of a vertical urban office park, contemporary concepts of openness and transparency are employed internally in order to increase visual links throughout the building and to the exterior cityscape.
Other amenities featured in this project is a subterranean parking level, two landscaped communal gardens at rear as well as large terraces at upper levels.
